My husband and 6 yr old son stayed here from June 25th through June 30th, 2009 for my husband's 40th birthday/vacation celebration and could not be happier with this hotel. The purpose of the trip was to go to Disney , Sea World, and other local attractions like Blizzard Beach and the Kennedy Space Center. First of all, the location... more

Stayed here one night, June 30, with sole purpose of visiting Sea World and Aquatica. Walked to Sea World from here with no problems, but it might be a bit challenging with very young children unless they're in a stroller. Hotel is wonderful; has free parking. Neighborhood seemed safe. Hotel parking lot is well lit. Our room (king-size bed) was... more

Walk to Seaworld. Nice hotel. Rooms a bit small but very comfortable. Micro & fridge. Breakfast buffet costs 10.95 in lobby but it was decent and worth the money. Pool area attractive but a bit on the smaller side. Would stay there again. Booked through priceline and got a real bargain. Very happy. Just off on ramp for Disneyworld, which... more

To be completely honest, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at - the staff was not knowledgeable about both our reservation and the area, our room had too many problems to count, and it appeared on multiple occasions that the staff was blatantly lying to us. After specifically asking for a double bed, we were given... more

We have stayed here many times and really enjoyed it. My wife loves Sea World and it is an easy walk from the hotel. There is a sidewalk that takes you right to SeaWorld's parking lot (we are both seniors and it only takes us only about 10 minutes to get there). Disney and Universal are only a short ten... more

We stayed in this Hilton for two nights for the sole purpose of going to Seaworld. The hotel was very close to Seaworld and many reviewers stated that they walked there, so we were planning on doing that, and were glad to save the $10 dailly Seaworld parking fee. Hilton also offered a free shuttle daily to and from Seaworld.... more

I recently stayed for three nights and had an excellent experience. Helpful and knowledgable staff, clean room with great housekeeping, good breakfast with great service and a comfortable bed. Aircon was OK although I went for the 'chill the room when out and switch off during the night' technique to keep noise down. I also switched off the fridge at... more

Spent 2 nights here while doing a day @ Disney...got a REALLY good rate through priceline. Beds were just OK, but room had fridge and microwave- just what a traveling family was looking for!! Mini store in hotel sold micro popcorn and dinners (although pricey- as expected). Pool is outdoor, but heated to a VERY nice temp. 15 min from... more

Stayed overnight on a trip across the state of Florida. Arrived late and left early. Everything went well and the property looked good. The rooms are more for the leisure crowd than the working. The cabinets around the televisions make them not easily viewable from the desk when working on your laptop or eating. No biggy. The staff was friendly. more

We stayed at the HGI on a 2 day trip to Seaworld and were pleasantly surprised. Not only was it walking distance from the park, the hotel had a great restaurant, lounge, pool and spa to offer. It was great to be able to get back from Seaworld, shower and head down for dinner and drinks. My son LOVED the... more
