I went to this hotel for UCF orientation. I was in a non smoking area where people were smoking pot. This is no 5 star hotel but it serves the purpose for the time being. There are a few things that can be changed to ensure a better overall experience and stay. There is no HBO or Showtime. We thank the managemen (Frank Pacienza) and all staff team; front desk, housekeepers, maintenance (Isabel, Teresa, Cyndi, Rafael,Angela, Roberto) for being so kind, friendly and professional. “Economical alternative”

This Suites Hotel is typical of this genre of suite hotels. I would say it is on the average scale. It is not an Embassy Suites or a Residence Inn, but a good economical alternative. my family and i have been a guest at Crestwood suites for about two months and the housekeepers have been a big help in providing us with excellent customer service. Cyndi is one of the best housekeepers at this location she is very patient and kind and anything i need she will provide.

“Wonderful for the price”

We booked a room for $45, which for East Orlando is dirt cheap. This place has improved so much in the 2 years since we were last there. Clean fridge, microwave.Soft mattress. 50 channels of cable. Walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings, Knight Library, etc. And we never needed to replace the door keycards. Well done !
