After staying at the Intown Suites located on OBT (also in Orlando) and being completely disgusted by those conditions, my husband and I turned to this location for accomodations. We were here for about three months and during that time I must say that it was a lot better than our time at the other location, but the experience was still less than good. The staff was nicer (however the person from the other location transferred to this one, and after that it was downhill). There were no bugs inside the room in this place, and the linens were clean. The pull out sofa was extremely dirty and the air conditioner only worked sometimes. The toilet had disgusting green mildew on the inside of it that the housekeeping staff refused to clean (I wound up having to do it). The grounds were kept much cleaner than at the other place.
