Beware of the size of 1bd unit. It was refurbished, but tiny, one dresser with 4 drawers for 4 people...are you kidding? Gorgeous granite countertops, new appliances, bedding flooring etc. The bathroom was as large as bedroom (loved that) , no counterspace in kitchen/living room. My ice maker failed immediately, maintenance came and repaired. Only to wake the next morning... more

We stayed here 5/10-5/17/09 with an internal exchange through Diamond Resorts. Our 2 bedroom condo was in the 'new' section - C51A. The buildings are grouped around the pools and ours was not the main pool, but had the convenience store. We never had any problem with crowding or parking, but this was not high season in Florida. The resort... more

This place was a total disappointment to our trip. The one bedbroom is small and the layout is horrible. My kids had to sleep on the couch that was in the kitchen next to the door and fridge. The place is old and run down. The vertical blinds broke off every time we opened the door to the smoke smelling,... more

I thought from reading all these negative reviews that this would be the worst gift someone had given out family. Someone gifted us with a week vacation at cpgv..and I was so glad we had a positive attitude about going because it turned out that this resort was everything it should have been.....clean, friendly, well located several pools for the... more

I travel to Orlando in December each year with my teenage son and one or two of his friends. We always stay at Cypress Pointe Grand Villas for the proximity to Disney and the great price for the condos. There is a difference between Cypress Pointe Phase I, and Cypress Pointe Grand Villas Phase 2. Phase 2 has an elevator,... more

I agree almost entirely with the reviewer from Baltimore who also stayed in May 2009, even though we stayed in Phase I. I am a VERY fusy traveller and I had a couple of niggles with this condo but I have to admit that the price we paid more than compensated for the slight imperfections. The sheets were a little... more

This place could have received a rating of 5 but there were things the prevented it from happen. I would give it 3 and a half (no such choice) as opposed to 3. I'd lean closer toward 4 than a 3 rating on this resort. Check in was okay and immediately you go to the right of the counter and... more

We stayed in a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Cypress Pointe Resort (Phase 1) from 26 Apr-3 May 09. First of all the room decor is Very Cheesy so don't expect anything fancy. The shower in the master bathroom had someone else's hair in it . (I am assuming from a previous guest) So, I guess you get what you... more

We stayed at the Cypress Pointe Resort in a 2 bedroomed unit in December 2008. We booked through Alpharooms and paid £644 for 15 nights. Our drive from the airport took us approximately 20-25 mins and we got to our location with no problems. Check in waseasy and when we drove from the reception to our apartment which was in... more
