I booked a non-smoking room w two queen beds. Instead I got a room with one bed and was offered a rollaway bed for my 6'2" son. Our room was dirty and stunk like cigarette smoke. The room was so bad we checked out early. No refunds or appologies. We will never use Cheapo again. More

OK quality for the price, but very insecure. My room and others were broken into when I stayed at the hotel. The reception staff was very helpful and helped with police and all. The management of the facility was however not interested and had no interest in resolving the case and would not meet, despite requests to contact. More
