After reading numerous bad reviews for this hotel, I was extremely nervous about staying there... so much so that it detracted from the happiness and excitement that I should have felt toward my long awaited holiday to Orlando.

My boyfriend and I chose this hotel as it was the cheapest offered by Virgin Holidays, and included a lot of amenities which other hotels did not- such as continental breakfast, fridge/microwave, transport to the theme parks, free parking etc etc.

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The room was clean, and had everything that we could possibly need: 2 beds, fridge/ microwave, tv, towells, shampoo/soap etc. Maids came and made the beds and changed the towells and provided new soap/ shampoo etc every single day. The other staff at the hotel were very helpful, and offered advice on travelling etc if needed.
