After recieving thewrong room on the first day our family experienced a problem with maid service, unable to take out trash. also, the tables around the smaller pool were dirty, and there were never enough towels. I stayed from May 29 through June 2 with my family. I stayed because of the convenience of a two week trip, and staying a couple of days to get organized, and clean clothes, plus go to other parks, The room was a one room suite with a sofa bed. My husband & I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit looking toward the fitness center and pool. It was a very nice sized unit with 2 bathrooms & 2 full baths, perfect for a family of 4. the maid left our room unlocked. we complained. since nothing was stolen, there was no response from management. we repeated our complaint, again no response. This about ruined our trip as we did not feel safe in our room or even able to leave our room. The management of Hilton only cares about getting your money and does not care... more
