I stayed because of the convenience of a two week trip, and staying a couple of days to get organized, and clean clothes, plus go to other parks, The room was a one room suite with a sofa bed. My husband & I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit looking toward the fitness center and pool. It was a very nice sized unit with 2 bathrooms & 2 full baths, perfect for a family of 4. the maid left our room unlocked. we complained. since nothing was stolen, there was no response from management. we repeated our complaint, again no response.
