This was our second time @ the Saratoga & loved it! We got a 2 bedroom villa (The Paddock) since my in-laws came with us & we have a 4 & 10 yr old. Room was very spacious! It felt like u were @ home...had kitchenette & washer &dryer. Also, great dining place - The Turf Club Bar & Grill.... more

Rooms are good,but housekeeping is very bad.Room was never vacuumed,counters are not touched. Overall, Disney service is way down,value is not there. Bus service for this resort was the worst af all Disney properties.Pools were O.K. I don't think we will be back P.S. High spped internet $10 a day-rip off. more
