This is one incredible hotel. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you are treated like royalty. The rooms are clean and very well appointed. It is probably not the place to stay if you are looking for a fun place for the kids, but for adults it can't be beat. more

If you stay at the upscale Rosen Shingle Creek set on some spacious and lovely landscaping, be prepared to pay for parking and the internet. This was hands down the nicest hotel we have been to. We certainly would stay here again! A side note, if they tell you the grocery store is across the street, note that the street is about a mile from the front of the hotel, not a big deal but helpful info to have when traveling with a little one. more

Hotel is gorgeous, very luxorious. A little on the chintzy side for my tastes, patterned carperts etc. But definitely comfortable and high class. Everything about this resort was nice but the additional charges are bothersome. The parking is terrible, and the staff refused to give me the lone of a luggage cart without paying a fee. Really, the fitness center and internet, and luggage cart and parking and even breakfasts are free in most hotels I have need to. more

I stayed here for a recent company conference and found the rooms to be modern and clean; the facilities were sprawling, open and upscale; and the staff was helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed every part of this stay except that I didn't get to use the wonderful pools, spa or gym! more
