Stayed there for conference in November, paid $200 a night plus tax and an extra $10 resort fee (for internet and phone). Hotel was massive - with lots of guest rooms and conference room for meetings and events. The rooms are okay in size but very dated. Stayed here 4 days for a conference. Conference rooms were large and spread out. Conference meals were okay, nothing exciting. Rooms were clean, beds comfy but bath towels were so hard you could rip your skin off! Gym in the Swan was small. We loved the Swan hotel and were disappointed to read so many negative reviews until we realized that most of them were reviews of the Dolphin. The ownership is the same but the hotels are two separate buildings with two separate staffs. So as you read these reviews, please keep that in mind. more
