We just enjoyed a 7 night stay & found the staff across the hotel very friendly & helpful. Nice reception area, comfortable rooms (ours had a small balcony overlooking the pool) clean bathrooms (housekeeping was excellent). Pool area nice and peaceful. The pictures of the hotel lobby in this site are not updated. The lobby has a small cafeteria (with products from Starbucks). Very quiet. We didn’t have any problem. Only on January 1st, with reduced staff, my room was not refreshed. Overall experience was great. more
