Neida is very personable, very friendly, and most accomodating when there is a need. i stay at this hotel regularly and Neida makes me feel welcome when i come in. The location is great for me and i feel safe at this hotel.

Although the front desk staff were friendly, courteous and well trained; the maintenance and housekeeping staff were another story. Twice, staff waltzed into our hotel room unannounced.
