What can I say, not too much 'cause there was not really anything to complain. Great hotel, very friendly stuff, clean and big rooms, nice breakfast and the most important thing: PET FRIENDLY!!!! And no extra costs for your dog. I have booked already again!

I stayed one weekend with my husband to celebrate my birthday, but I really regret that we choose this hotel, it didn't deserved the money we spend, the rooms are small, and the staff from the front desk to servers don't know what means hospitality!! Really bad experience!!

As a very frequent traveler, the Sheraton Orlando Downtown is fabulous. Cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff (front desk, room service, restaurant, valet,) The accommodations are wonderful, the beds are comfy and the rooms are large and modern. Highly highly recommend.

Stayed here just one night after a Magic game and couldn't have been more happy. Clean rooms and friendly/helpful staff, especially the front desk! Nothing but friendly faces who genuinely want to make your stay as enjoyable as they can. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Downtown area.

The hotel staff was very nice and the room was clean, but the hotel is directly next to train tracks and the trains ran ALL night with full train whistles, horns or whatever they call it. There's no changing that!

We stayed at this hotel this weekend and attended the ballet at the Bob Carr. The hotel was in a great location. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The valet parking was perfect and they too were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would return next time we are in Orlando.

I stayed 3 nights while on a business trip. Stayed on concierge floor: for an extra $10/night I had a lovely, full hot breakfast, as well as a lovely late afternoon snack including a hot entry.
