This is simply a beautiful hotel. The public areas are gorgeous and inviting. The sleeping rooms are impeccable and quiet. The club lounge is spacious and always open. Requested a wake-up call - and it did not happen. Requested a taxi to the airport - and it did not happen. Picked up coffee at the adjacent Starbucks - and it was like drinking brown water Very lackadazical service - laid back in all the bad ways. Don't bother staying here. more
