Good location, easy to find, and cheap. Walk less than 5 minutes for citybus and downtown-free-shuttle, and take less than 5 minutes to central station. If you go to bar or club in downtown(ie: church street), around 10~15 minutes walking. There have a subway and some pizza restaurants near church street, and closed very late. In room, there do not... more

I've been to many places and I usually book hotels of the same category of this one, being satisfied. But this time... it was a big disappointment! First thing you see when you arrive are the words "all new rooms" below the hotel name. Well, maybe rooms were renovated even if they didn't look so, but bathrooms and balconies are... more

They are remodeling, so the site itself was beautiful. Although it's in downtown, I appreciate the fact that all the front desk staff were friendly. The one thing about Downtown Orlando, though, is that most of the stores close Friday-Sunday. So, be careful if you are booking this hotel over the weekend. Relatively close to Thornton Park, which will take... more

I booked this hotel with a little trepidation: the reviews were uniformly horrible. While I figure every hotel is going to get one "worst hotel ever" complain from an angry customer, this had lots. Except for the last one. Nervously I booked. In fact, I told that to the manager on duty, and he replied that they were aware that... more

I am part of a fire department band from Canada that was to play at an event hosted by the Orlando Fire Department. We had been planning the trip for quite some time and we needed a place to stay that was close to the entertainment district that wasn't too expensive. We had a group of about 10, so budget... more

This place is without a doubt the most horrific hotel I have ever seen! As soon as you walked in, you felt like you were at the Bates Hotel in Psycho. It was filthy and smelled like there were dead bodies hidden somewhere(Musty). We immediately told them to cancel our reservation after seeing our room and ran as fast as... more

As many have already said, this hotel is filthy. It smells everywhere. The walls inside my room were stained (with food?), the carpet was extremely dirty, the shower ceiling was ready to fall on top of my head, the bed was falling apart, and the air conditioning smelled and made bad squeaking noises. But it is located just 3 blocks... more

We stayed here also, and I have never been in a hotel that was so disgusting. The beds were broken, the room smelled like it had been hit by the hurricanes, and they just let the rooms mildew, and never had them cleaned. When we asked for another room, we were sent to check out another room that was even... more
