This hotel is very clean and ALL of the people working there were over the top friendly. It is an older property, but very well maintained. We were lead to believe that it is an easy walk to Universal from the hotel, which turned out to not really be realistic with 2 kids. Thankfully we had rented a car anyway.... More

Although our stay was brief (3 p.m. Sunday - 7 a.m. Monday), we were extremely satisfied. Staff upon check-in and check-out was extremely courteous & helpful. Over all not bad. A little out dated but clean. We asked for a king size bed and was told it would be an extra $20 a night. That was just silly! We've spent many nights in hotels and never had to pay extra for a bigger bed. There's no breakfast included but they're in the middle of it all.... More
