Loved this hotel, we were very pleasently surprised! It was really clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was pretty quiet at night. The hotel and its amenities are misleading. They do not offer a complimentary breakfast. The staff are friendly, but not helpful. Their catch phrase seems to be, "Sorry, we can't help you, ma'am." This was our first time staying in a Clarion Hotel and we were impressed. It was super clean with comfy beds, had plenty of parking, and was just a couple of minutes away from Universal Studios and the neatest McDonald's I've ever been in on Sand Lake Road. You must check it out. more
