Stayed one night and that was enough, old rooms, carpet didn't reach the walls exposing dirt and floor. Television didn't work, toilet issues and very soft and uncomfortable beds. Staff wasn't very helpful with dealing with many outstanding issues. Charge an additional fee for daily newspaper and business center, but no newspapers are available and the business center is pay... more
After reading the reviews I was not sure about the Quality Inn- but I assure you that this place is very nice- rooms clean and comfortable, we met the manager- he was wonderful and friendly. They had a breakfast- the location was perfect for us- the old ratings must have been from a long time ago-there were no lizards of... more
A very disrespectful front desk receptionist. I could barely hear her voice when she was explaining about the free breakfast rules and when I said 'pardon me', she started to roll her eyes. The rooms we're ok but the bathroom is not very well maintained..there were rusts in the bathtub. There was no wireless internet connection, I have to go... more
The motel staff was very nice and helpful, that is the only good thing about our stay. The motel was so run down and smelled very musty. They didn't even have soap for the guest, when we inquired about some we were told that they had run out. The bathtub drained so slow that you were standing in at least... more
We stayed her last weekend for our trip to Sea World and Aquatica and for $33.00 a night!!!! The rooms were clean, we saw no bugs and I do have a problem with bugs. I see one and thats it I am out of there. Even the bathroom was very decent and clean. The room was huge, you could fit... more
I booked this hotel through some discount website so only paid $136 for three nights and that included tax and everything so wasn't expecting much, but was surprised that the hotel was at least average and better than average in some areas. First of all, the location was great as it is close to Universal and we actually walked to... more
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Not the best hotel, but certainly not the worst. Pros, it's quiet, and near a bunch of everything, like right next door to TGI Fridays. There is a free shuttle to take you to Universal and/or DisneyWorld, but be sure you ask the front desk about the schedule and note the times and places for everything.... more
I chose this hotel based on other traveler's Trip Advisor/Expedia reviews. We reserved a queen bed/non-smoking/handicapped room and got the room we reserved. The hotel/rooms/lobby are being renovated and are comfortable, clean and relatively quiet. There was a full breakfast-eggs/sausage/potatoes, cereal, bread/bagels, beverages served each morning in an area near the lobby. Unheated pool next to small lake/park. Frig/microwave/coffee maker... more
This hotel was a disgrace! We had to be moved 2 different times just to get a decent room! The first room smelled of mildew and the carpet was soaked. The second room's air conditioner was frozen so we couldn't get any cool air. By the time we got to the third room I was ready to just go to... more
