Considering that $200 a night is very inexpensive for lodging in Palm Beach (especially in-season), my wife and I booked our stay here with pretty modest expectations. I wanted to provide a more updated review. I stayed at the Palm Beach Historic Inn in Feb. 2004 -- right in the middle of the season. The hotel was quiet, pleasant, clean and service was wonderful. I stayed here for a few days in mid-July 2004. My room was charmingly decorated, clean, well-kept and very quiet. Also extremely affordable for Palm Beach. Breakfast was brought to my room each morning with a smile. The owners are very helpful, but not intrusive if you prefer privacy.
