Let me start by saying that I love Palm Beach as a destination. This hotel is very weak though. The rooms and furniture are very outdated. We were there during Spring Break and the hotel was half empty with construction going on. The service was just okay. One of the restaurants was closed. I can't even believe that FS would... more

We arrived at the Four Seasons palm beach for a 4 night stay. We had a partial oceanview room. This property is old but well maintained. The decor is straight out of 1988 - marble, pillars, ornate. For the area, this is appropriate - but it's certainly not our style. The room was large and comfortable, with a very comfortable... more

We stayed over spring break so lots of kids/families around. If this bothers you than you might want to chose a non-standard vacation time to visit here. Rooms are fine. Adequate bathrooms with double vanities and decent water pressure and functioning facilities. Typical FS great bath products (L'Occitane). We had two adjoining rooms for us and our two young children... more

Service is of course a trademark of FS properties and this htoel is no exeption. Grounds and buildin could be nicer, but they do a great ob wit what they have to work with. Next time I may try a different resort in Palm Beach. Very nice breakfast voelrooking the beach. more

Our experience - not good. Very disappointed. We expected a nice, positive, relaxing vacation and instead we found ourselves to be tense and disappointed. We've stayed at other Four Seasons and all of them were wonderful - this was not like the others. Pool area: Guests were not able to eat and drink in peace at poolside. Birds diving at... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons for a one night getaway with my husband. Check-in went relatively smoothly but our room wasn't ready. Folks should note that check-in is at 4pm which in my opinion, is rather late. We had arrived at 2pm. As is my habit, I asked if any upgrades were available but there were none. This was... more

My husband and I just returned from the Four Seasons Palm Beach and we had an excellent stay. The staff truly went above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly and anticipated our desires before we even had to ask. I am pregnant and when I mentioned to the pool attendant that I was craving a Haagen Dasz ice-cream bar, they... more

Servie and pleasant staff everywhere, what a treat. The rooms have reasonable indirect views of the ocean and are well appointed. The sliding glass doors have an OG emblem on them, representing the name of the hotel before the four seasons bought it -- the Ocean Grand. Consequently, the hotel has a makeover feel to it. It is very good... more

We had a fanastic stay at the Four Seasons Palm beach this past weekend! Welcome: The Front Desk Manager Ricardo, welcomed us warmly and helped to set the tone for a memorable time with family. He is a great asset to Four Seasons. Thank you Ricardo! The food: Breakfast was particularly enjoyable with service from Fran a joy, very attentive/excellent... more

In a nutshell, I had a very enjoyable six night stay at the Four Seasons in palm beach. The hotel recently completed a renovation of all the public areas and I would say that the public areas are now up to Four Seasons brand quality. The service was absolutely top notch, as I always expect from a Four Seasons. However,... more
