This will be brief. We had a room on the north side, facing the four seasons. The only opening on the north wall is for a pair of sliding glass door, which are heavily tinted. The result? The rooms are nice, the concierge and front desk staff are helpful, after that things go done hill. Room service doesn't pick up and eventually calls back by which time you've passed out from starvation. The housekeeping staff cannot read the do not disturb sign on the door. They need some staffing help quickly. more

The rooms are small the bathroom is so claustrophobic, the shelf under the sink is loose beware it will fall on your toes if you put toiletries on it.
