Based on the great reviews here, I booked 2 rooms. Both were damp and smelled moldy. Cleanliness was average at best. Beds were comfortable. I booked three rooms here while conducting extended bussiness in Palm Coast over two months time. The staff was always helpful and courtious to us. The rooms were always immaculate and clean. The daytime clerk Ms. Malinda totally came through with my needs. She helped me with breakfeast (which was delicious) and she also helped me with finding my next location. I was very pleased with her help and I hope the next best western i stay at the service is the same. more

I was very impressed with the way the hotel was kept up. It was very clean and the staff made us feel right at home, especially Malinda. She was the most helpful. She informed my fiance and I of the inclement weather we were not aware of and also advised of alternative sites that we could visit because of it.... more

The beds are so comfortable it's unbelievable. I didnt want to get out of bed. Matthew, one of the staff members was so friendly and welcoming. I like the variety of breakfast they have. Just visit! more
