Concur fully with previous opinions regarding staff - cold to the point of rudeness. The hotel was probably half full when I was there for two nights and yet they stick me in a no-view, first-floor room that hasn't been redecorated since the 1980's. If your looking for a place to just get away from it all for the weekend or a few days this is it. From the 4 pools to relax around or the free boat ride out to Shell Island where it was so relaxing and no people. The staff was wonderful at all the resturants and bars. more

This place was worth the trip, everything was clean the service was good and the people were friendly. The Bay Point boat to Shell Island was great and so was the crew. The beach on shell island is beautiful and pristine much nicer than the main strip. more
