This place is wonderful. Brand new hotel and it is BEAUTIFUL. Is it on the water? No, but at the same time, you won't be paying waterfront prices. I and my 15-year-old son stayed here for four nights in June, '09. We both loved it. I particularly loved staying close to the beach for about a third of the cost of renting a condo.
