Used Bookit.com to book -- those guys are always great. Check-in was fine, condo was nice -- can anything be bad that is right on the water? Was a bit surprised with a couple of things -- only a quarter roll of toliet paper left on the rolls in the bathrooms, and the bath in master was a handicap bathroom.... more

We rented from VRBO.com and talked to the owner directly. He was extremely nice answered all my questions and even sent me more pictures of the unit. The condo itself was extremely nice and quiet, remember we stayed in September when the traffic is almost none. The pool was nice, no hot tub or kiddie pool, had a cascading waterfall.... more

Only 2 elevators for 18 floors of units. That's bad, but they only work half the time - that's worse. That's bad enough, but when they get stuck, people are trapped for HOURS at a time without air conditioning or adequate ventilation. The front desk has a very we don't care attitude. This complex sits close to the road in Panama City and you hear the traffic all nite..the teenagers yelling from their cars..We got no sleep...I have a child who likes the pool...Their pool was awful. We stayed at this property in May of 2006. We had a fantastic privately owned rental. This is a great location for staying right on the beach.
