First of all I will stay here anytime I go to PCB. The rooms were small. The air conditioner was way too powerful for the room and made lots of moisture. The was some rust on the appliances. But heck for the price, you can't beat it. People that gripe about this place are nuts. Find somewhere as cheap that... more

We had a suite at Andy's and were somewhat disappointed in the quality/upkeep. The little joint has so much potential and actually doesn't look like a terribly old building, but it has been clearly put through the ringer. The walls were very dirty and in terrible need of painting...inside and out. The carpet was dirty and the whole place had... more

Our stay on Panama City Beach was wonderful and the water was beautiful and crystal clear. Being on the beach was the best part of our trip; On the beach we met a man who rents out beach chairs/umbrellas named Anthony. Anthony was the kindest person we encountered who shared many stories with us about the years he has spent... more

We have always preffered the smaller 'mom and pop' motels over the fancy and ritzy condos and hotels. Privacy and being close to the beach with a great balcony view ranks very high on our agenda. The rooms are small, but very clean and bright. Having the kitchen is important as we cook our own seafood. The owners are very... more

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! That's the only thing positive I can say about this "motel". The owner's haven't spent a DIME on renovations. I stayed in ROOM 106, and hopefully it is the worst room in the motel. The keys wouldn't work in the doors, the carpets were filthy, there were long black hairs on the towels & in the tub,... more

Our family with 3 small children booked this motel for Memorial Day week-end. I booked one room with 2 beds but it was on the first floor and everybody who went in or out came past the door, most made a lot of noise. We upgraded to a beach front, but it was just as noisy--near stairs. And like the... more
