I will never stay at watercrest again...This place is not for people on a vacation to have fun... There was no one there to check us in u have to call and go threw a lot just to get ur key..Not enough rags or towles. I have never been to a place were u have to pay for a decal(17$)for... More

Staff was no help, dryer would not work,dirty furniture ,kitchen, after reminding about the dryer, no response or even a phone call, There was no daily maid service as they advertise. Could be a nice place to stay if the right management was there and update and clean!

For a condo (unit 208) advertised to sleep eight people they would only provide towels for 6 (we had 7 people in our family staying there). Do not stay in Room # 208! I don't even know where to start so I'll just start listing some things off the top of my head: No Hot Water! Called several times never really got fixed! (A couple of people could get a warm shower, then it was cold again.) So we took cold showers almost the entire trip.... More

Condo #1208 was nice but we will never stay at Watercrest again. Watercrest is not a renter friendly complex. First to be able to put your chairs and umbrellas you must walk to a public beach because the condo property is covered with their rental chairs which with children it is hard to be confined to such a small area....
