While staying at the Beach Club we scheduled some Spa Services. When we went to pay for the spa treatments a 20% gratuity was added to the amount of the service. We had booked a unit through resort management. Checking in on 8-13-09 and checking out on 8-22-09. Upon check in we were told that our unit had not passed inspection and was being cleaned again. Beach Club is an ok place... nothing really great. If you really love the beach, go somehwere else. There is a really long walk to the beach and you have to go out the front door and around the entire building (past the dumpsters) to get to the beach.
