Decent rooms but has a "musty" smell; staff not very helpful. I checked in and asked for 10% discount because I have AAA Card. My son and I stayed at the Hyatt Place for 3 nights. He had a soccer competition and we opted to use their airport shuttle rather then rent a car. Shuttle came within 40 minutes of our call.
