This rental is brand new inside a new area of development known as Windmark Beach. I had some major issues with the unit itself as well as the property management team.

In essence, I would not recommend this unit or any other rental on this property from my experience during the 8 days I was there. In a nutshell, this is what I experienced:

No working phone for my entire stay even though management was aware of it.

No fitness center even though it is (still) advertised as available.

A/C unit in the rental was extremely loud when turning on and off. The thermostat wasn't working right.

Shower light wasn't working.

Bathroom exhaust vent squeaked constantly from the wind outside.

Shower water handle wasn't attached and fell off during every shower.

Cell phone reception is practically non-existent. (Hence no 911 service of any kind since in-unit phones weren't working.)
