Joy took care of us from greeting upon our arrival, to our departure 3 days later. Beautiful flowers, chocolates, cheeses, wine, etc. waiting for us in our room. All are so very warm an friendly. The bed linens are so luxurious. Time is taken to make each arrival feel special and welcomed. The French toast on Sunday and Wednesday is incredible! The location to the attractions and restaurants of St. Augustine is perfect for walking.
