The Agustin Inn is a very comfortable 18 room B&B just far enough off of St George street to be quiet, but close enough to be just a few steps down Cuna street to the main shopping street. Some of the rooms are small, some are large. It's difficult to tell from the website, so you may want to ask.... More

If you're looking for a true St Augustine exerpience the Augustin Inn is your place. The B&B is magnificant - everything from the beautiful and cozy rooms, to the outstanding service. And lets not forget about the location. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything was perfect and we will definitely return. More

Right in the center of the historic part of town, location made it not as romantic, walls are thin so you can hear everything outside, staff was nice, rooms were clean, could use some updating on decor & painting, breakfast was okay but definitely expected alot more for price. Overall I do not reccommend, you do not get what you... More

What can I say! I love this place the rooms are amazing. The service is awesome! Snacks and coffee are ready all through out the day. The breakfast is so filling. Unlike most b&bs (example: you know the big white b&b next to the harbor that "looks" great. Yeah you'll leave hungray and disappointed. Anyway back to Agustin inn its... More

We loved the inn. Staff is so friendly and accomodating. Great food and very unique breakfasts. It is probably the best location to downtown and walking distance to everything. Very clean and pleasant . Highly recommend More

My wife and I spent a week in the Camelot room in mid-January 2012. Because of Agustin Inn's ideal location, we were able to enjoy the Ancient City without ever needing a car. What a great way to immerse ourselves in the St. Augustine historic district and leave the rest of the world behind! The room, while not overly large,... More

We went for only one night and have decided next time we would like to stay longer. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would do differently is stay on the 2nd floor rather than the first, you can here the creaking when folks upstairs walk around at... More

What a wonderful B&B! My friend and I had the best time and the location can't be beat. Easy walking access to everything and so close to St. George Street. Each breakfast was incredible - you won't go away hungry, that's for sure! The midday snacks were equally awesome, always homemade. Very hard to say no! We will definitely stay... More

Augstin Inn was wonderful - adorable, beautiful, clean. The location is seriously in the HEART of the downtown/historic district and in walking distance of pretty much anywhere you'd want to see/go. The room was quaint, clean and super cute. The breakfasts were DELISH and exactly what you'd expect at a B&B. We will definitely be there again! More

This is the third year that a group of military friends take a trip over to St. Augustine for some R&R after the Holiday rush. This was the second year that the group of six stayed at this B&B. The location is great as well as the staff. Can't wait to come back next year! More
