We have been staying at Colony Reef every year since June 2000. Great place for family fun. Third bedroom may be small but who stays in the bedroom much anyway. The people who rent here are families with children. Very family friendly. Courtyard is very well kept. Beautiful beaches. We ave coming in June 06 and have 2 condo's rented.... more

Made reservations with Colony Reef to have a 3 bedroom unit. Upon arrival, the 3rd. bedroom was like a closet. No room for even a dresser in it. Just two twin beds. All the pros, and only one con. Very accessible. Clean and fresh. Owners have maintained it very well, decorated with thought and care, well designed.
