The location of the hotel is excellent but it is neglected in terms of upkeep. The first room we were assigned had carpet that left the soles of our feet so dirty, marks were left in the shower stall; the fridge had been removed, we couldn't get access to the hair dryer under the sink; and the key lock failed.... We booked the suite this month October 2011 and found it to be quite lovely for three. The free parking is an amenity that was appreciated. The Inn is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the trolley tours. The front desk is pleasant and informative.
