We stayed her for an anniversary trip and absolutely loved it. Linda is a warm and gracious host and provides a delicious breakfast. Just really enjoyed our stay here at 44 Spanish street. Location is within walking distance to every major attraction. Columbia resturante right across the street. Already made reservations for this coming Nov 2013.

Stayed here in December. Best is courtyard and updated bathroom. Innkeepers friendly. The owner provided a good breakfast. Linda, the owner, embodies the definition of customer service and warmth toward her guests. The food she prepares each morning is eclectic and scrumptious! Our room had all of the necessary essentials, and Linda provided tour maps and coupons as well.

Spent this past weekend with Linda and had another wonderful time. From checking in and getting to sample her fresh made Pina Colada bread to check out we had a blast. She really does go out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. We will definately be going back!!!!

Great place to stay. Not over extrangevent or "too period". Just right for that more personable feel and accomdations. The breakfasts were excellent and the innkeeper strives to make your visit "a home away from home."

We stayed for two nights. Location is excellent and the B&B owner, Linda, made us feel like home. She prepared our breakfast both mornings and made good recommendations to get the best of this beautiful place to visit if you have a couple of days.

We would not stay here again. The inn needs maintenance and refreshing. There was obvious, visible water damage on the window sill in the bathroom, and someone had actually stuffed toilet paper in the crevice between the window and the sill.
