We (family of 4) have rented directly from owners here 2 years in a row in July. Each time the owners were great and very flexible about length of stay. The complex is quiet and low-key. The pool could be bigger, but is nice when there are only a few people (which was often). The units were clean and well-maintained... more

Quail Hollow is one of the older condos developments in the St. Augustine area, built in the late 70's. It has just completed a major exterior renovation and is made up of separate 8-unit buildings, well landscaped and with open space around them. A rental management firm handles many units, and is responsive to maintenance problems. Some owners rent their... more
