Hotel room smelled like mold and the mattress were horriable they should have been thrown out years ago. Hotel needs a real remodel for the rates they are charging top price should be 39.95 more

We have stayed here for two years in a row with no complaints. Would keep coming back,great location for us as we like to go to Saint Augustine beach and Daytona beach. Staff were polite and helpful when you had a request or to get directions. We will return next year. more

Overall an okay room. The beds were comfy. The balcony was shared by 4 rooms, one on each corner. No view of the ocean at all. The carpet was old and needed a deep cleaning. The shower head was missing parts which made what little water was coming out spray in all directions. more

We spent a week at this small hotel near the beach (no direct access but plenty nearby). Owner is very hard-working, keeps the premises spotless, great service. Although a dated property and the mattresses could use replacement, it's a great value (we found it through AARP Expedia for $67. per night). Foot of bed tips up when you lie down, deadbolt lock falls out of door, took 20 mins to regulate shower water temperature, very little water pressure, two lights in the room didnt work, pillows flat, toilet needs to be flushed twice to work, poor tv reception, long walk to beach. Staff was nice. Older hotel, weirdly decorated, but very clean. NO beachfront access, so skip this hotel if that is what you are looking for. Free breakfast is lil doughnuts and an english muffin. I had to laugh...looked like goodies you pick up at the gas station. Over all, if you want a reasonable clean hotel....you can't go wrong here.... more
