This was our second trip to St. Pete Beach. Both times we stayed at the Gulf Tides Inn. Fabulous place to stay. The rooms, pool, and service are EXCELLENT. We will be returning again and staying at the Gulf Tides Inn summer 2008. The owners Dave and Adele are great. I really cannot say enough about the Gulf Tides Inn.... more

Diane and I were very pleased with our stay at Gulf Tides Inn this past December. The location, off Gulf Blvd and across from Blind Pass Road, on 68th St was great. You really don't have to get back into your car once you arrive here. A lot within walking or bicycling distance. The apartment was very nice, clean, bright... more

This charming inn cannot be adequately described . . . you HAVE to visit Dave and Adele (and darling Olivia)! The Intimate size (only 10 apartments!) and personal attention is unbelievable in this day and age. (you'll get to know Dave on a first name basis!) The rooms are nice sized - with two full sized beds in the bedroom... more

Stayed at the Gulf tides from June 23rd '07 - Initially we booked 2 nights and thought we would start our tour around Florida after that.. but no! Dave (motel owner) had different plans! Daves daily holiday tips and ideas made the stay thoroughly enjoyable and we ended up staying for a week. Almost all the other guests staying there... more

This little resort is perfect is you want to relax and unwind. You can literally park your car and leave it for your time there. The beach is a short block away and there are literally dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms and the grounds are immaculate and the owners are delightful. We made good friends... more

This motel is run by a young British couple, the efficiencies are beautiful and clean, as is the pool, the owners are friendly, the place is within walking distance of the beach, waterside bars and restaurants and central restaurants, St Petes is also a wonderful place. more
