I don't know what type of unit that the other reviewer stayed in, but I own 6 weeks in a 2 bedroom here and have never had a problem with the unit being dirty or smelly. I have had friends use my units and have always gotten compliments. As for the office staff they have always been more than accomodating... more

We had to stay there-because the Man in the office would not refund our money when we complained. The rooms were very small and dirty and smelled. The kitchen was filthy and had bugs. The sliding glass door would not close and the couch had stains all over it and it smelled! It was a nightmare! What a dump! more
