Not a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing place on your vacation. However, it is conveniently located by several bail bondsmen, pawn shops, and fast food joints. Stayed 3 nights at the Hampton Inn and the hotel itself is average but the neighborhood is shady. Located directly on 34th Street with a few fast food restaurants within walking distance. We came down to St. Pete to see the Red Sox and Devil Rays game. They have directions ready for you at the front desk, its so close to the stadium, its awesome.
