Timeshare exchange - and we are SO glad for this choice! We had a gulf view room. Watched sun set in the gulf every evening! We have been vacationing in the St. Petersburg area for several years and this is the worst place we have ever stayed! Although there are a couple of units directly on the beach, the view from our unit was the back of another hotel.
