Traveled to Sanibel expecting a first class resort based on described amenities and rate. Other than a nice beach the accommodations were mediocre and service was poor. We chose the Seaside Inn after reading reviews on Tripadvisor.com. I have to say that our expectations where exceeded! We stayed here for three days in early May 2009. We did love the place, and would sugest that you choose it. We will certainly be going back. We had one of the deluxe rooms that overlooked the beach. The newly renovated rooms were decorated so nicely. The beach was very private. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time there. Great location. more
