Stayed for three nights in November '03, with my daughter (business and sightseeing). Very clean, excellent breakfast, warm rooms, modern for Poland. Very helpful staff. Great position if you need trains, buses and taxis; 5 mins into the tourist centre, yet quiet at night. The staff tried very hard and were all pleasant. Price by internet also very good in comparison with the 'chains'.

I travel a lot in Europe and this was one hotel that surprised me; basic but welcoming. Hope they succeed, and that Cracow gets many more tourists. more
