The Anchor Inn was about the only place I could find on the Island that would take dogs and was not 200+ a night. It was very clean and in a great location. Bike rentals were easy and we will stay again! Thank you to the staff for all of your help. more

We had a great time at Anchor Inn. We loved the A frame cottage, it was perfect for us and the kids loved the loft. The front porch with the beach umbrella was great for meals out in the fresh air. The Anchor Inn is right of the main road that runs through Sanibel. It's not horribly far from the beach, but not all that close, either. My mom and I brought our bikes, and it was a quicker than it would be to walk. It might be a 15 minute walk if you are just strolling. I didn't like all... more
