Just returned from this destination and we have decided to return every year if possible! This resort has the nicest beaches and a GREAT location next to area State Parks. Amenities are wonderful, rooms are extra clean and well furnished. Food is great too! Very high quality experience in a casual way. Love.

In early January, I booked, and paid for, a Coastal view room for two nights. On arrival we were assigned a Dune View and were told unfortunately no higher level rooms were available. I produced the confirmation but didn't get satisfaction. Dune views at sunset don't meet my expectations.

The condition of the property is horrible. Carpet and upholstery were stained.
