Last year we stayed here because the price was really great. I booked online and the price was unbeatable. It was an okay stay, nothing special. This year I decided to go back to Sarasota and there was nothing available, but the Sleep Inn, so I stayed there. The rate was higher than last year, but beggers can't be choosers.... more

We had a great time at the Sleep Inn. The room was comfortable and clean. Pool was really very nice. Breakfast was good. The staff there were the friendlist I've encountered in a long time. Always going out of their way to help you! We will be back. more

Positive; Friendly staff!! Quiet location. Clean. Plenty of places to park. Close to Ringling Museum- you CAN walk to it. Nice pool. Negative: Rooms are REALLY small- KING bed was more a queen. Air conditioner is VERY LOUD- may Not allow you to sleep. Bathroom was TINY, and pocket door was "squeaky". The ceiling light in the shower stall was... more

I was at the hotel on leisure and enjoyed my stay here. I sat by the pool and enjoyed it alot! I came last year and will be back again next year. The hotel looks very nice since the renovation update. more

The first room provided smelled of smoke and had extremely dirty carpet, including a budwiser sticker on the desk. Second room was made available to us on the second floor where they were in the middle of construction. Room was better just because carpet was recently washed and didn't smell.
