I preface this review by stating that the staff were as friendly and as accommodating as one would expect to find at any 5 star hotel. I come here frequently and like the fact that both the front desk staff and the dinning staff recognize me by name and are incredibly helpful and friendly. Did I say the burgers a really good...they are the best. A very good place to take associates.

This is a great hotel. My counterparts and I stay at this hotel while in the area on business. I stay 2-4 nights a month here. Staff is amazing, clean rooms. I have never encountered a problem in the 8 years I have stayed here! Very nice gym, great breakfast. Good hotel, great people

What made this stay fantastic was the level of service. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were beyond friendly, accommodating, and really went out of their way to provide A+ service. Rooms are very clean and of decent size. Service is a little lacking and you really will never encounter someone going above and beyond to help you. Location is great for FSU. But that also means you may have some noisy guests, especially if there is a visiting team in town.

We discovered the bed sheets were bloody. Upon calling the front desk and asking to speak to the manager, we were told that they were sorry and that someone would be there right away to replace them with clean ones.
