This is a great hotel, except ... on the day we were checking out, the door lock on our room became inoperative (tried 3 sets of "new" keys) and it took them an hour to get the door open so we could get back in after breakfast and retrieve our belongings. This hotel has so much potential. But there are many things that bring it down. 1st, they don't enforce the non-smoking policy. I was on the 4th floor, the "non-smoking floor" but yet, I could smell smoke coming from other people's rooms that made my room stink.
