Room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was great. Shopping and food within 1 mile from the hotel. Everything was great for a 4 night stay. Frig, microwave, couch and desk. Great for business trip. I liked the iHome alarm clock for my iPhone too.

The rooms are very outdated. For the price rnge, you can stay at a 4-5 star hotel. The bed is hard, the rooms are not completely made. I was given a room that was not made and it was a double instead of a King. I told the front desk and the lady actually started arguing with me about that... More

Our class stayed here. The rooms were clean and the pool was amazing. The staff was kind. This hotel seamed...lacking. The breakfast was the best part, my favorite breakfast food is sasugae gravy and that what they had! The suite shop is fairly well stocked. This is good for a 'last resort'

Older Springhills are usual run down. This one has been around a while, yet in great nick. Service was great. Great value for money. Great service. Only complaint was the gym. We used the hotel's courtesy van for aiport pickup was very efficient. Only about a 10 minute wait. It was a bit more difficult and a bit late going back to the airport, but overall, reliable. Very nice room and clean! Staff is friendly and helpful plus their breakfast buffet was good. Would stay there again the next time I am in Tampa. Not sure if this is a Marriott thing, but pop and candy is only sold at the front desk, no more vending machines.

And it actually is... very warm in spite of the unusually cool spring... the whirlpool is even warmer. The staff are excellent at this hotel - nothing is too much trouble.
